engineering drawing

design a storage tank for crude palm oil (CPO). the capacity of the tank is 1500m3 of CPO. the thickness of the wall should be 1 in. the inside temperature of the tank must be maintain around 50 to 60 degrees C to make sure the CPO is in a liquid form. Steam is used to maintain the temperature inside the tank. the moisture content of the CPO must all time at a minimum level.

the design must be functional and practical.

assignment autoCAD. till now still dont know what shape or design, how the steam going to work or the system looks like and i only hav days to go. haih. long, horizontal tank? or vertical maybe? a cylinder or rectangular shape? but seriously i think i can ignore the shape. no matter how the shape is, the main thing i hv to consider is how to supply heat using steam without letting the moisture from the steam to accumulate with the existing moisture content in the CPO!
steam flows on a tube i think?
haih.
plus the storage tank needs entry point, i mean where we can put the CPO into the tank and its output.
and a manhole. haha. sounds...
a manhole for people get inside to cuci the tank-la okay!

cam malas now nak pikir. later kot.
i need a civil engineer i think! ~tehee.
yes
you.

hey there....wow why i do i feel dat im the civil engineer you're pointing at...:P

Btw..the internet at my place is down...sedih siot...sob. Anywayz ahahaha! Shapes matters ok~ no matter what ure building or designing. The right shape of the tank can save cost, location, raw materials...probably the materials used to build the tank...etc. Eheh. Just my opinion anyway.

I dont know what/which tank shape fits best for oil though becoz eheh....havent done anything on that so far. So...hehehe good luck? If you need any opinion or anything...just let me know...ill try my best to help. ;)

Oh yea....tunjuk la gambar my "twins" too....hehehe
